Booking your Travel
The preferred and most convenient way to book your travel is through one of Northeastern’s preferred travel agencies. By using one of these agencies you will be able to take advantage of University discounts negotiated with preferred travel partners. These agencies are familiar with Northeastern’s travel policies and have dedicated agents available to assist our travelers. Northeastern has two preferred agencies to meet Northeastern’s travel requirements.

American Airlines Shuttle Routes (formerly serviced by US Airways)
American Airlines shuttle tickets are only available at Egencia.com. Ticketing is no longer available at the airport kiosk effective October 1, 2015.  Please Note: Always select “Refundable” when searching for the best shuttle fares that offer no change fees for flight changes and seat changes. Shuttle seat changes can be completed online with the following AA portal link.
